In honor of National Public Lands Day on September 24th, the National Park Service is waiving its portion of our general admission, making the fee only $15 for adults (16 & over). Discounted admission must be purchased in person at the Visitors Center on September 24th, 2022. Children 15 and under are free of charge.
Tickets are valid with a receipt for seven consecutive days. Admission includes all public tours and programs (unless otherwise noted) and entrance to the James Fort Site, Memorial Church, New Towne, the Archaearium Museum, the Glasshouse, the Island Loop Drive, and Yorktown Battlefield.
Historic Jamestowne is jointly administered by the National Park Service and Preservation Virginia. Admission fees are shared between organizations.

Purchasing Options: Free admission tickets for Access Pass holders, active duty U.S. Military members, and Gold Star families are only available at the Historic Jamestowne Visitor Center. Guests must present a valid ID, National Park pass, or voucher at the time of entry.

Purchasing Options: Reduced admission tickets for NPS pass holders and veterans may be purchased in advance by selecting the “NPS pass holder” option in our Online Tickets portal below or upon arrival at the Historic Jamestowne Visitor Center. A valid National Park pass or Veteran ID must be shown at time of entry.
Holders of Preservation Virginia memberships pay a reduced fee of $15 per person covered by the membership.
Purchasing Options: Reduced admission tickets for Preservation Virginia members are only available for purchase at the Historic Jamestowne Visitor Center. Members must present a valid Preservation Virginia pass at time of entry.
Colonial National Historical Park includes Yorktown Battlefield, the Colonial Parkway, and a portion of Historic Jamestowne. Admission fees paid at Yorktown Battlefield count toward general admission tickets at Historic Jamestowne.

The “Historic Triangle” refers to the colonial-era cities of Jamestown, Williamsburg, and Yorktown. There are five main tourism sites within the Historic Triangle, which are connected by the Colonial Parkway. Explore options below for combination tickets to get the most out of your visit. You can purchase multi-site combination tickets in our Visitor Center; they are not available for purchase through our website.

If you have a valid national park pass and live in one of the following zip codes, you qualify to purchase a local pass for $15. Proof of residency is required. Local passes are valid for one year from the date of purchase and admit one adult per pass. The national park pass and local pass must both be presented for entry.

To purchase tickets, select the ticket type from the dropdown menu and enter the number of adults (16 & older) in the box next to your visit date. Click the button to add to the cart. Click the View Cart pop-up bar at the bottom of the screen to checkout. Tickets are available for purchase up to one week in advance.
To redeem your ticket, provide your name, the order number on your email confirmation, and your valid NPS park pass (if applicable) to one of our Visitor Services Associates. Online tickets must be redeemed at the Historic Jamestowne Visitor Center before they can be used to enter Yorktown Battlefield.
