Archaeology Research Resources

Archaeology is interdisciplinary. Science informs the historical research to create a more detailed story than historical documents provide. Over the years numerous outside researchers, from geology students to biologists, have worked with the information gathered by the Jamestown Rediscovery Project to create collaborative publications, scientific reports, and graduate level dissertations. The Jamestown Rediscovery archaeological staff in turn has published articles in many outside publications, from peer journals to general interest books. Some of this material is available for download in the fields below. Also included is a comprehensive bibliography of all published and unpublished documents relating to the Jamestown Rediscovery Project.
