Local Access Youth Tickets

free youth admission for locals using snap

Thanks to a grant from the Williamsburg Community Foundation, Jamestown Rediscovery is pleased to begin offering free youth admission for local residents utilizing SNAP benefits this summer. For six months beginning March 30, families who utilize SNAP benefits and live in the City of Williamsburg, James City County, or York County, will receive free admission for children between 6 and 15 years of age. As the nation comes together to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, there’s no better time to grow our community through increased access to Jamestown Rediscovery walking tours, archaeology in action, and exhibits.

Jamestown Rediscovery (the Preservation Virginia portion of Historic Jamestowne) includes the 1607 James Fort, the Memorial Church, Archaearium Archaeology Museum, plus walking tours and living history programs.
