Product Return Policy

We offer product returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product in exchange for a different product, or receive a refund to the original payment method. You must have your original receipt, order confirmation, or transaction number.

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a mail-in return, please email hjstore@preservationvirginia.org to let us know what you’re returning and whether you’d like a refund or exchange. Make sure to include your original receipt, order confirmation, or transaction number. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns and exchanges will be processed within 3 business days from receiving the original product. Refunds can be expected in 5-7 business days.
