American Heartbreak Special Walking Tour
Location: Program begins near the Tercentennial Monument
Join Jamestown Rediscovery public historian Mark Summers for the “American Heartbreak” walking tour. The tour, which is named for a Langston Hughes poem about Jamestown, covers the history of the park during the 20th century struggle for African-American civil rights.
