Description
With this kit children and adults alike can create their own doll with a likeness to Pocahontas, a symbol of peace and woman of influence that was vital to the survival of early settlers.
Using traditional materials, the created doll will be reminiscent of early American rag dolls. The rag doll is, by far, the most popular and most well known of all American folk dolls. The term “rag doll” actually describes almost any stuffed, cotton cloth doll made from scraps of fabrics. This doll comes with additional suede fabric to create a Native American style dress.
Kit includes: Cotton fabric, suede cloth fabric, yarn, beads, embroidery floss, needle, polyester fiberfill, stuffing stick, pattern, and illustrated instructions.
