Join Director of Archaeology, David Givens, to hear how Jamestown Rediscovery investigates clues hidden in skeletal remains to learn more about the lives of the early settlers. From evidence of crippling disease to identifying James Fort’s founding fathers, Dave will provide a behind the scenes look at how the team solves colonial cold cases.
Forensic Fridays are held at 10:00am usually on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month from April through October. See below for the complete list of upcoming programs. The 2019 season is now completed. The 2020 schedule will be announced by the end of February.
This program begins with a talk at the Historic Jamestowne Visitor Center followed by a visit to the Archaearium Museum.
Adult tickets are $35 each and Youth tickets (15 years of age and under) are $15 each. Program fee includes 7-day Admission to Historic Jamestowne and Yorktown Battlefield. Children 15 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult. This program is limited to 15 people, so early booking is encouraged.
